Our Contaminated Land services routinely navigates Clients and project teams through all manner of Environmental Planning Conditions. We undertake everything from Desk Studies (or Preliminary Risk Assessments), through intrusive site works all the way to undertaking actual Remediation and Validation of highly complex sites.
We have worked on all manner and types of contamination across pretty much every site specific context.
On the site based front of operations, we operate our own plant and drilling equipment and employ our own drillers. This reduces lead in times and retains more in-house control whilst streamlining project management. In the office, we tailor our products and services to each Client and site. What we need to provide is rarely an ‘off the shelf’ service and our products are adapted as such.
We provide a nationwide suite of services, with the bulk of our workload coming from Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk, London, Bedfordshire and Kent.
